Understanding the minute details that you require in a candidate at every level is critically important. We drill down to understand what the challenges have been in filling the position and how you are selling the role to prospective applicants.

Sourcing:

After a firm grasp of your job requirements, we put a holistic plan in place that involves launching a Social Search Campaign, Job Ad Strategy, and a database filtering program.

Resume Submissions:

We phone screen all applicants, provide a written summary of our findings and submit a clean version of their resume for your review. If the first group of candidates don’t meet your expectations, then we tweak our search and go back for a second round of filtering until we get it right.

Interview Scheduling:

Once a candidate is approved by you, we schedule a phone interview or onsite interview based on your preference.

Hiring Decision:

We help to navigate the decision process with you from “offer letter” to “signed commitment”. Our objective is to ensure we find the best talent for the budget established.
